Terms & Conditions

A £100.00 non-returnable deposit is payable at the point of confirming the booking, with a further 50% of the balance due 10 weeks before the date of the wedding. The remaining balance is due for payment 4 weeks before the date of the wedding. Cancellation fees- 46-56 days notice: 60%, 29-45 days notice: 75%, 0-28 days notice: 100%. Please note that on payment of the deposit you are confirming acceptance of the terms and conditions as detailed.

All cars come with internal flower display, ribbons & chauffeur.

In the unlikely event of a mechanical breakdown, M & C Wedding Hire will offer a replacement, similar class of vehicle. With reference to our Vintage/Classic cars, we reserve the right to offer an alternative vehicle from our fleet.

A full itinerary must be provided to M & C Wedding Hire at the point of confirming the booking. This must contain all of the collection point details as well as contact names and telephone numbers at collection point. This should also include details for the location of the reception and if required any details of sites for photographs. Any changes to these details must be advised to M & C Wedding Hire, in writing at least 8 weeks prior to the wedding day. Should there be any change to the agreed itinerary on the day we reserve the right to levy an additional charge payable on the day.

The cost of the hire only includes the collection of the main parties involved from the points advised and delivery to the wedding venue. Any extra journeys are likely to incur an additional charge and are at the discretion of the chauffeur.

Damage to any vehicle of M & C Wedding Hire, caused by our clients or guests, while being transported, will be charged at the full repair costs. Any likely loss of revenue from the said vehicle not being available to fulfill other obligations will also be charged. If additional cleaning to the interior of any of the vehicles is required, caused by passengers, a charge of £50 will be levied.

A representative from M & C Wedding Hire will contact the main parties involved, two weeks in advance of the Wedding, to finalize and confirm the original arrangements for the Wedding Day.

All customers are advised that in the interests of safety all cars are limited to a maximum number of passengers; this includes children acting as flower girl or pageboys. (Please ask for details)

With reference to our vintage cars, all customers are advised that due to the age of the vehicles that no seatbelts are fitted. Every effort is made to minimize any discomfort and concerns that this may cause, by limiting the vehicle to a maximum of 30mph. All customers should note that our Vintage car, Standard Big 9, is not suitable for motorway journeys and would advise that if this is required, that your choice is confined to our Rover P3 or to our modern vehicles. Alternatively, we can work with you to allow additional time for such the journey's to be made
